EXPECTED WINDOW OF DELIVERY: JUNE 3RD-7TH, 2024.

1. USPS delivery to your home (additional shipping charges will apply). The shipping method you select pertains to how your order will be shipped once it has been through production and is complete. Choosing expedited shipping will not affect the processing of your order, just how it is delivered. Please contact our offices with any questions. Thank you!
2. Pick up at WICKED SMART offices (no charge option) . We will notify you when your order is complete via the email contact you submit during checkout (make sure it is one you check :)).   **Orders that select "Pick Up @ Wicked Smart " once notified of completion and ready to be picked up will be available for 6 months/ 180 days for pick up. If an order is left at our offices after 6 months/ 180 days it will be considered an ABANDONED order, and donated to a charity of our choice. Refunds will not be given if you do not pick up your abandoned order.

• Express payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) will automatically select "Pick Up @ Wicked Smart" as your delivery option.
  
• Note: All sales are final. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Canceled orders during production may incur a restocking fee.
  
• New Disclaimer: We are not liable for back-ordered items beyond the expected delivery date. Out-of-stock items are fully refunded without substitutions due to supply chain challenges.
